3. Quotes & Payment

Quotes provided through this site or on a strategy call are estimates based on the information available at the time and may change once full project scope is confirmed. Payment terms (including any deposit, milestone or monthly-plan structure) will be set out in your project agreement.

4. Project Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website files, content and domain associated with your project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party themes, plugins, stock assets or licensed software used in your build remain subject to their own respective licenses.

5. Revisions & Scope

Each plan includes a reasonable number of revisions within the original agreed scope. Requests that meaningfully expand scope beyond what was quoted may require an updated quote.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website to transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eSmarts Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Where we build on third-party platforms (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Cloudflare or GoHighLevel), your use of those platforms is also subject to that provider’s own terms of service.
